Rough Riders Benefits Angel Fire

Over $17,000 has gone to Angel Fire charities from Rough Riders participation.

Rough Riders, an endurance road bike ride, will be held June 25 & 26, 2016.  These cyclists give it their all with 100 - 200 miles of pavement to conquer.  But it's more than just a personal quest; the cyclists who enter Rough Riders are giving back to our community.

What is Rough Riders?

Rough Riders 200 is a two day event. Entrants may choose to ride the 200 (100 miles both Saturday and Sunday for a total of 200 miles) , choose to ride the 100 (a century ride on either Saturday or Sunday), or our newest option the 150 - ride 100 miles Saturday and 50 miles on Sunday. For riders that are just getting started in endurance riding, there is the Bobcat Pass 50, a 50 mile ride on Sunday.

Where does the event take place?

The ride will start and end in Angel Fire (see map below.)  There are three route options: the Northern, Southern or Bobcat Pass (for the less experienced endurance rider.)
